ICQG #16 -- 123 Recipe Challenge -- DT post

Hi friends,
This month's challenge is 123 recipe challenge.
 You can follow your own 1-2-3 recipe but the only condition is you have to specify the recipe.
 
I made this card for Mother's day. My recipe is
1 ribbon/washi tape
2 Mother daughter birds
3 pearls.

Quilled Rakhis

Hi Friends, Rakshabandhan festival is on 2nd August 2012. This festival is celebrated mainly in India. On this festival, sister tie a rakhi (thread) on her brother's wrist.   This symbolizes the sister's love and prayers for her brother's well-being, and the brother's lifelong vow to protect her.  Below are the quilled rakhis made by me.
