Friends when you think of February, what comes to your mind first?

For me its Valentine, Hearts, Love, Red...Love is everywhere.
Also, this month's quilling challenge in IQCG theme is all about hearts.

With all the inspiration from our DT members I hope you must be inspired by now and started your project. Those who want to make more or haven't started, here is my project:

Quilled Rakhis

Hi Friends, Rakshabandhan festival is on 2nd August 2012. This festival is celebrated mainly in India. On this festival, sister tie a rakhi (thread) on her brother's wrist.   This symbolizes the sister's love and prayers for her brother's well-being, and the brother's lifelong vow to protect her.  Below are the quilled rakhis made by me.
