    Shail, to start with buy quilling tool and strips from craft store. lots of tutorial are available on net which can guide you. If you have any difficulty then let me know...

Quilled Rakhis

Hi Friends, Rakshabandhan festival is on 2nd August 2012. This festival is celebrated mainly in India. On this festival, sister tie a rakhi (thread) on her brother's wrist.   This symbolizes the sister's love and prayers for her brother's well-being, and the brother's lifelong vow to protect her.  Below are the quilled rakhis made by me.
