So I decided to upcycle it and I used a liquor bottle cover to stick these pencils on. Quilled Rakhis

Hi Friends, Rakshabandhan festival is on 2nd August 2012. This festival is celebrated mainly in India. On this festival, sister tie a rakhi (thread) on her brother's wrist.   This symbolizes the sister's love and prayers for her brother's well-being, and the brother's lifelong vow to protect her.  Below are the quilled rakhis made by me.
